Review: ‘Entourage’ Season 4 Debut Show

It took one full season to get a movie produced in the hit HBO Show ‘Entourage’. It took only one episode to get the Pablo Escobar biopic “Medellin” filmed. Done in a clever documentary style, the show entertained in a off-beat manner. Although I cringe every time Rhys Coiro’s character Billy Walsh, who is the eccentric beyond belief, I understand as a viewer that is what I am suppose to do. The best viewing of the night was seeing Vinny Chase (sporting a gut non the less) in a get up that looked like it came out of Saturday Night Live circa 1978.

I was getting a bit antsy come the end of season 3 and glad to see the plot is moving along once again. The film is now done, but with Walsh going to edit the movie who knows what could happen. One thing is for sure, Season 4 of Entourage will entertain a lot of happy viewers on HBO this summer.

Although it is a bit far fetched, it wouldn’t it be great if they showed a complete documentary and scenes of the “Medellin” in the DVD set after the season. I am sure that would sell a lot more copies for Home Box Office.

Couple of errors in the above piece, but this episode was great. I haven’t even seen all of the 1st 3 seasons but Billy Walsh is hilarious, completely over the top artistic nut.

If every other word out of his mouth wasn’t “suit” I could tolerate Billy Walsh a lot more. They should of thought of a better catch-phrase for him.

Yeah his constant repeating of “suit” is a bit irritating, I’ll give you that. But overall the character is quite funny.

Still don’t know how they caved into his demand to shoot in Spanish. Maybe a Mel Gibson reference.

In real life, that would win an Oscar Vincent Chase managed to pull it off although it would affect the performance at the Box Office. Can’t wait to see the outcome of the season.
