Blonde Ambition, Jessica Simpson’s latest film, is reportedly so bad that her manager (who’s also her father) has delayed its release date. So far the release date has been changed several times for fear of it being a huge flop.

Last we heard, Blonde Ambition was supposed to premiere August 3rd, but the release date has now been pushed back to the last week of August. According to the latest rumors, Jessica’s dad – Joe – wanted the release moved because he wasn’t comfortable with the competition that month. Had the August 3rd release date remained in play, Blonde Ambition would be going up against the established movie series of Rush Hour 3 and The Bourne Ultimatum. Nevertheless, those working on the film claim that it is not yet complete, and that no firm release date has been set.
