New Saw IV Poster Revealed!

Lionsgate sent out today yet another new poster for the upcoming Saw IV movie, which will be released in US theaters on October 26th. The new poster features Tobin Bell’s bandaged head in some kind of a bizarro pot. I can’t make out what it is, can you?
Actually, look like one of those produce scales, I believe coroners use something similar to weigh organs and such…
