Warner Bros.’ Will Smith starrer “I Am Legend” scored the highest December opening of all time with $76.5 million over the weekend. “Alvin and the Chipmunks” debuted exceptionally well with an estimated $45 million. “The Golden Compass” held on at number three with $8.8 million.

I am very excited for Warner Bros. and Will Smith. Obviously, Smith draws the box office numbers as a one-man force against cannibals.
