March 17th, 2008 in Comedy, Movie News, Movies, Romance -

forgettingsarah.jpgFrom the people who brought us “40 Year Old Virgin” and “Knocked Up”, “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” isn’t just a romantic comedy.  It’s a rom-com of a different breed: a romantic disaster comedy.  Starring in the film are Jason Segel, Kristen Bell, Mila Kunis, Russell Brand, Bill Hader, Paul Rudd, Jack McBrayer, and Jonah Hill.  “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” hits theaters April 18th.

Universal Pictures has just launched a new blog for one of the characters, Peter.  You can check out Peter’s new blog about Sarah Marshall at www.ihatesarahmarshall.com to read all about his heartache and view his personal video dedications to Sarah.

There are also some new stills from the film, which you can check out here:

So I am seeing all these billboards that say I hate you Sarah Marshall. I had no idea what this was. I was thinking okay this person must really hate Sarah Marshall to put this on a billboard. Then I found out it was a promotion billboard for the new movie “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”. I saw the trailers to this movie and it looks funny. Check out http://ryan.kiisfm.com/cc-common/losangeles/podcast/onair.html to listen to an interview with Jason Segel one of the stars of this new movie.

Thanks for the post Tina. It just goes to show you that the promotion for this movie is working. It’s opening this weekend and should prove to be one of the top two films for this weekend box office score. Check back with Screenhead Monday and see the score.
