‘Semi-Pro’ Hit the Top at the Box Office
Well Ferrell’s comedy made the top spot at the box office this weekend. “Semi-Pro” gross wasn’t that high – $15.3 million. “Vantage Point” hung in there at second place with $13 million — not far behind.
“The Other Boleyn Girl,” the other big opener, made fourth with $8.3 million, and modern-day fairy tale “Penelope” placed eighth with $4 million.
All in all, it appears pretty uneventful. But, more and better movies are not far behind.
