Hellboy 3 is a Maybe, Under Certain Conditions

Guillermo Del Toro, who just confirmed his new role as director of The Hobbit series, recently spoke with SciFi about another film series he’s been working on, Hellboy.  Hellboy 2 is currently in post production, and Del Toro once spoke of his desire to do a third Hellboy.  However, it appears that his interest in the Hellboy franchise ends right there, at number three.
Del Toro said he doesn’t want to do a fourth Hellboy film, and now says that he’d only do a third movie under the condition that there would be no more movies after that. “No prequels and no sequels: nothing,” he said.

Is this just really his way of saying he’ll be tied up for the next four years with The Hobbit?

    Hello,
I am thrilled to hear about hellboy 3, I love all the Hellboys!
But I am wondering if Hellboy and Liz will have a daughter and I hope so because I really want to be in Hellboy. I have done productions before and am told that I’m really good at acting. I’ve moved up to GCSE drama and I’m only 12! If anyone knows anything please post a comment on my website.
