Disney’s The Princess and the Frog teaser trailer is available for view at Disney’s web site.  The story takes place in New Orleans with the traditional mystic flavor of the bayou and the mighty Mississippi.

Ron Clements and John Musker, directors of successful 2D Disney films Aladdin and The Little Mermaid are writing and directing with Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken in charge of the music.

That voice you hear in the trailer is Randy Newman.

The movie opens December 25, 2009.

The voice you hear in the trailer is Dr, John’s. Newman is writing the music, but Dr. John sings this song, as Randy announced at this year’s JazzFest, when he previewed it.

Thanks for the clarification Susan. The voice sure does sound like Newman, though.
