The trades are reporting that Fight Club art director Chris Gorak is directing and penning the screenplay for SIS, a gritty cop drama, for Warner Bros. Pictures.

Standing for "Special Investigations Section," an unit of the police force built to combat some of the most brutal criminals, SIS will center on characters in the SIS unit of the LAPD.

Casting is current underway. Earlier drafts of the script were written by Kurt Sutter (The Shield) and Russell Gewirtz (Inside Man).
