Remember the 1984 American invasion thriller Red Dawn which had a couple of teenagers resist the Soviet and Cuban invasion? Well, that movie is getting a post-911 update and now has screenwriter Carl Ellsworth (Red Eye, Disturbia) working on it.

Bourne Ultimatum and Quantum of Solace second unit director Dan Bradle will helm the new version which was originally announced at Cannes this May.
