Sequel to ‘Hairspray’

New Line Cinema made a deal with Hairspray creator, John Waters, to draft a treatment for a sequel to the $200 million grossing film. Not to mention the strong sales of the DVD and soundtrack.
The overall plan is to bring back the same crew and hopefully the same actors.
