del Toro Up for Hellboy 3?
We all know how Guillermo del Toro, beloved director of Pan’s Labyrinth among others, is busy for the next ten years or so, but that doesn’t mean he won’t be doing a Hellboy 3 if the opportunity comes up.
Neither of the two Hellboy films released so far have achieved blockbuster status despite doing well enough at both the American box office and overseas theaters.
"I think they’ll decide when the last euro hits the piggybank," he said. "We laid the groundwork to have a magnificent third act. I’d like to return to an action franchise with 60-year-old actor Ron Perlman, because he’ll be scratching at that age when I get to it."
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Universal is interested in doing a TV series and online segments for the franchise to broaden its fan base before completing the trilogy.

I have to say that Hellboy is my whole life. I watch the second movie over and over again every night. I think you were brillant to make hellboy or my life wouldn’t be anything. Ron Perlman is a person who really fits hellboy’s person, he’s an amazing actor. You know to tell you the truth I’ve always wanted to be in the third hellboy movie. I’m 12 years old and I’ve been in acting for five years or more. I pray to god and jesus every night that I could be in the third hellboy movie. I have black hair, I really look like I could me their dauughter. I thought it was great that you felt everyone hanging at the end of the movie( Liz being pregant). I WILL RIDE ON A PLANE for nine hours to get in the third movie anything in my life i would give eto be in this movie. i’m religous in God. If you guys put me in the third hellboy has Liz’s and Hellboy’s daughter it would make my life till i die. I want this so bad I ccan’t put the rest in words. Please write back and keep me updated.

I wish the 3rd installment will be full of thrill, action and visual effects and Im looking forward to see the twins, the love story and also the true powers of Hellboy but Im hoping he’ll use it for good man I can’t wait!
I have to say Hellboy is a great franchise and I would be thrilled to see a third installment. The whole concept of a man who risks his life for the good of mankind despite being red with horns is brilliant. I dont think there is any other person besides Ron Perlman who could have pulled off the role of Hellboy as well as he did. He’s also great in Sons of Anarchy.
