Biutiful directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu will star Javier Bardem.

According to Variety, the Spanish-language film “Biutiful,” starts filming on location in Barcelona next week.

Gonzalez Inarritu penned the story that concerns a man entangled in devious dealings who is confronted by a childhood friend, now a policeman.

Gonzalez Inarritu other credits include 21 Grams and Babe, which he partnered with Guillermo Arriaga.
