Cancer is not a laughing matter… or is it?  Seth Rogen, however, intends to make it one.  Mandate Pictures has just picked up “I’m With Cancer”, a comedic autobiographic spec by Will Reiser.  Rogen will be producing with Evan Goldberg and Ben Karlin, but he’ll also have a supporting role in the film.

“I’m With Cancer” is about Reiser’s account of his struggle to beat cancer, and centers on a 25-year-old who finds out that he has cancer. 

Overseeing the project are Nathan Kahane and Tendo Nagenda, who are fast-tracking the project in hopes of getting it out to directors this month.
