Comedy master Jackie Chan has started work on a Chinese Qin dynasty-set road movie, according to Variety, who also reports that the film has the working title Junior Soldiers.

Chan will produce, star and write the screenplay. It will focus on three people and a horse.

Ding Sheng, the director of Underdog Knight, will helm the project which is expected to begin shooting early next yer.
