Clash of the Titans Goes International
Instead of Greece, the whole world will be playing host to mythological Greek gods, as the trades are reporting that the archipelago off the coast of North-West Africa is set to be used for portions of the filming for the Clash of the Titans remake.
The filmmakers have reportedly been scouting locations around two volcanic national parks in Tenerife and Lanzarote. They’ve already been granted permission to shoot from the local government, though final approval rests on director Louis Leterrier who is set to visit the locations before year’s end.
Other shooting locations include places in Ethiopia, Iceland and London.
