Perhaps one of the biggest sources of short horror film footage comes to us via the Chiller network’s Dare 2 Direct series.  And while some of the titles are no longer available there, you’ve also got YouTube as a good place to find backup copies.  One such title was Eye Sore,  the third place winner in the second Chiller Dare 2 Direct series.

A four minute film about a girl who’s seeing things and the unfortunate aftermath, Eye Sore proves to be surprisingly scary for a film with such a clearly small budget and minimal effects.  In fact, when you find out that Eye Sore took its third place ranking in the category of Creepiest Character, you’ll understand a whole lot more about the movie’s role in things directly.

Still, for a fast and free dose of the creepy, Eye Sore manages to fill the bill.
