Sherlock Holmes Not Undergoing Reshoots

February 19th, 2009 in Action, Actors, Adventure, Movie News -

Reshoots have become the latest fad these days – all major films have to have at least one reshoot. Heck, even Guy Ritchie’s upcoming Sherlock Holmes film was being reported to be undergoing an extensive five-week series of reshoots, but all that has been shot down by the studio.

Warner Bros. officially refuted the report by a British tabloid, saying that the production team has not asked the studio for any reshoots. However, there is some filming about to take place, but they are part of the schedule.

Filming of the project recently wrapped up in the UK. It sees Robert Downey Jr. star as the legendary fictional British detective and Jude Law as his trusted sidekick Dr. Watson.
