Word comes that Taye Diggs has joined the cast of Dylan Dog’s upcoming live-action film Dead of Night. He will play the leader of the vampires in the film.

Brandon Routh (Superman Returns) and Sam Huntington also star as the Louisiana detective and his sidekick who are approached by a woman who claims to have seen her father brutally murdered by a mysterious creature.

Filming is currently underway in New Orleans.
