Martin Lawrence, Tracy Morgan and Chris Rock have signed on to star in Death at a Funeral, a comedy to be directed by Neil LaBute.

The tale revolves around a dysfunctional family that gathers for the patriarch’s funeral. When tensions rise and old conflicts are uncovered, a man arrives saying he’s the dead man’s gay lover and threatens blackmail.

The ensemble cast includes Danny Glover, Regina Hall, James Marsden, Zoe Saldana, Columbus Short, Loretta Devine and Ron Glass.

Rock co-wrote the film with Aeysha Carr and Rock is producing the film as well. 

Filming is set to start in the spring.
