From Variety comes word that 20th Century Fox is closing down its genre horror label Fox Atomic.

The company has released quite a few movies since its inception, including 28 Weeks Later, Turistas, 12 Rounds, Miss March and The Rocker.

President of Production Debbie Liebling will be reabsorbed into the main company, as well as many of the projects the company had in development, including 28 Months Later and Sacha Baron Cohen’s Accidentes.
