The Hollywood Reporter carries word that Kevin Hart (Fool’s Gold) has joined the cast of the upcoming Death at a Funeral remake.

The story follows a dysfunctional family who come together for the patriarch’s funeral. Chaos ensues when dark secrets of the past are threatened to be exposed by a man claiming he was the gay lover of the family’s respected elder.

Hart will play the character of “Brian the Undertaker”. He joins Chris Rock, Tracy Morgan, Zoe Saldana and Martin Lawrence in the film.
