Matthew McConaughey’s J.K. Livin production banner is developing Exchange Student. 

The comedy follows to college freshmen going opposite ways in life.  One leaves the U.S. while the other one comes into the U.S. Each experiences different environmental factors in very different ways.  One’s life goes off the rails while other’s life has the best of the best, the time of his life. 

Most likely McConaughey, who generated the idea, will take a non-leading role.
