Fox has had disasters with X-Men Origins: Wolverine since its inception – there were problems on the set, a work print was leaked for all to see and the final nail in the coffin was the fact that the work print was actually the final film sans effects.

Going on damage control, director Gavin Hood told attendees of a recent press screening of the film that they have hidden multiple secret endings on different prints and theaters will be showing different versions. This may be applicable for hardcore fans, but for common people, it does not really mean anything.

Apparently, the endings aren’t all that different either. They will no more than a minute long each and there will likely be very little deviation from the original.

Despite all this, the film is looking to have a great opening weekend. Good luck to everyone concerned – the success of the franchise depends on this one movie right now.
