Shane Acker’s film 9 takes place in a world similar to our own, our very humanity is threatened. A group of rag dolls living a post-apocalyptic existence located one of their own, 9, who may be the key to their survival.

I am happy I located this trailer to share with you because I like Acker’s style. He directed the film from a script he co-wrote with Pamela Pettler (Corpse Bride).  The familiar voices you hear from the characters are Elijah Wood, John C. Reilly, Jennifer Connelly, Crispin Glover, Christopher Plummer, and Martin Landau. 9 arrives in the movie theaters September 9th.
