From The Hollywood Reporter comes word that Rachel Weisz is now attached play MGM icon Hedy Lamarr in upcoming indie feature Face Value.

Lamarr was an Austrian-American actress who achieved success in the ‘40s. She is most famous for playing Delilah in Samson and Delilah. Quite interestingly, she was also an accomplished scientist who helped create a method of changing frequencies, a forerunner to modern wireless communications.

The movie will focus on that side of her life. It has been penned by Jose Rivera and Gretchen Somerfeld.
