The Hollywood Reporter carries word that Lance Gross has joined the cast of Rick Famuyiwa’s upcoming untitled family wedding project for Fox Searchlight.

The comedy follows two families who clash while trying to throw together a wedding in two short weeks.

Forest Whitaker, Carlos Mencia and America Ferrera also star.

Gross is set to play the groom-to-be opposite Ferrera.

Shooting has already begun.
