Something wicked this way comes, as Brittany Murphy is being reported as joining the cast of psychological thriller Something Wicked.

The film will follow a teenager and his way-out-of-league girlfriend, whose lives are turned upside down when her parents are killed.

It is based on a story by Joseph Mungra and is being directed by Darin Scott. Filming is currently underway in Oregon.
