Tobey Maguire has decided to star in The Details, an independent black comedy written and directed by Jacob Estes with production beginning this August in Seattle. What a beautiful city to shoot a film!

Reported by Variety, Maguire will play Elizabeth Banks husband as both  struggle as a married couple with issues like infidelity and whether they should stay married, see their lives further complicated by ravenous raccoons burrowing under the sod in their back yard. A disagreement over how to dispatch the pests creates a chain reaction of mishaps that include a murder by bow and arrow

Other cast members include Ray Liotta, Dennis Haysbert and Anna Friel with Laura Linney attached to play an eccentric neighbor.

The whole movie sounds like a bizarre comedy.  Yet, the movie has some awesome actors that, hopefully, will pull the movie through with the help of Estes.
