Uma Thurman  will star in a comedy called Ceremony, which will be directed by Max Winkler.  Michael Angarano will also star as a young man who falls for an older woman, played by Thurman, who is about to get married to someone else.

Winkler also wrote the comedy.  You might have heard of him before because recently he co-wrote, with Jonah Hill and Spicer, the comedy The Adventurer’s Handbook.

The film begins production on Oct. 21, 2009 in Long Island.
