You might not have seen this yet, and if you haven’t, you’re in for a pretty big surprise.  But this is the teaser trailer for something called A.D., which looks like nothing so much as the Zombie Apocalypse version of 9.

Yes, that’s right–what we’re looking at here might well be the first animated zombie survival horror epic to date.  Unless, of course, you count FSudol’s work, and most of us don’t because 1. it’s not sufficient to call an epic and 2. it’s utter crap.

But A.D. has a pretty decent pedigree behind it–produced by Bernie Goldmann of Land of the Dead and 300–and looks sweet besides.  Now, there’s nothing like a rumor on release dates or anything, but you don’t release a teaser trailer without having some footage done.  Where do you think trailers come from, after all?

So we may have a good long wait on this one, but a good long wait is better than nothing, and this movie looks like it could well be worth the wait.
