Mortal Kombat 3 stuck in courtroom drama

On February 17th, 2010

mortal_kombat1We reported the other day of the Mortal Kombat Reboot, and I have a suggestion for a subtitle: The Legal Battle. It’s better than Annihilation.

The Hollywood Reporter is saying that “producer Larry Kasanoff and Threshold Entertainment are wanting to sue WB for moving forward on an MK3 without Threshold’s involvement.

Oh, the legal battles that could keep MK3 from being made. May they go on like an early-nineties Mortal Kombat arcade game with an infinite supply of quarters.

Yes, I don’t want to see an MK3 made. I personally think that the original Mortal Kombat film was one of the worst ever, and can’t believe there was a second one. we’re a little too late for a three.
