That’s not as creepy as it might have been not so long ago, folks–and it’s also a hundred percent true.  The upcoming horror / drama hybrid, After.Life, will feature a thoroughly nude Christina Ricci.

And what she’ll be doing in this one is playing a woman who recently died…just not quite all the way.  Now trapped between the boundaries of life and death, and about to be buried partially alive, she’ll have to find her way back to life and do so with the help of Liam Neeson, who’s playing the undertaker who’s about to get started on the embalming procedures.

Sounds freaky, I know, but you can take some extra solace from the fact that Anchor Bay’s handling the distribution on this piece, and Anchor Bay has an EXCELLENT (but not perfect) track record.  Seriously, four times out of five, if it’s got Anchor Bay on it you can generally expect it to at least not suck.

So when will we get to see if the movie works as well as the Anchor Bay name should suggest?  Word is this’ll hit theaters this April, but possibly in limited release.
