This man could be the next face of Captain America. That’s right, the guy who plays Jim on The Office could be Marvel’s next big summer hero. Apparently, John Krasinski has already had two auditions, and some say “he’s got the job”.

You can imagine that the fanboy world was outrage, and probably said what I said in the first paragraph. However, I think we should give him a chance. After all, the guy who was in Roar and A Knights Tale did the best version of The Joker, and wasn’t Michael Keaton Mr. Mom before he was Batman?

Both did a pretty good job at their jobs, and perhaps we’ve only really seen one side of John. In other words, give him a chance. He’s an actor, for crying out loud, and he can probably play other people. Yeah, he may not be able to do fighting scenes, but do you think Tobey Maguire or Robert Downey Jr. did their action scenes?
