Julianne Moore got her start on As the World Turns, and it will appear that she has not forgotten her roots. The very talented actress will be making a walk-on role on the famous soap opera.

She will not be reprising her role as half-sisters Frannie and Sabrina Hughes, a role which earned her a Daytime Emmy in 1988. Yet she will “greet her character’s parents and wish them well”. As the World Turns is planning on ending its 54 year run this September, and perhaps Moore is returning out of respect to the show.
