I always thought those E-Trade ads with the talking babies were a little freaky, but Lindsay Lohan is very much offended by one of them.

As you can see in the video above, this ad shows a baby who is in some dire straits with his girlfriend. If that isn’t disturbing enough, the girlfriend accuses him of seeing a “milkaholic” named Lindsay instead of his alibi of going on E-Trade. The milkaholic Lindsay appears briefly, and says: “milka-wha?”. Then the ad ends.

According to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, this commercial is saying that this man-eating, substance-abusing baby is symbolic of Lohan herself, and was named as such. Ovadia is asking that the commercial be immediately yanked, as well as $100 million ($50 million in exemplary damages and $50 million in compensatory damages).

Is it just me, or does that seem like a huge amount of money for this “crime”? I think that is all I’m going to say about this. After all, this site does report on the latest in movies, and it’s been a while since Lohan has had a good movie, perhaps I should have let this story gone unreported.
