Recently, the announcement was made that director Michael Bay has added actors John Malkovich and Frances McDormand to the cast of Transformers 3.  In the latest film for this movie series, Malkovich will be making his debut as the first boss of Shia LaBeouf and McDormand will appear as the director of National Intelligence.  Malkovich is expected to bring a quirky element to the film with his character and these casting picks were confirmed by Deadline New York.

Also making the cast roster is comedic actor Ken Jeong, known for his roles in the recent hit movie, The Hangover and the NBC sitcom, Community.  Of course, the third installment of Transformers has returning actors John Turturro and Hugo Weaving, continuing their roles as agent Simmons and Megatron as well.

Apparently having made peace with director Bay, Megan Fox will come back to Transformers once again as Mikaela Banes.  Hopefully this time, Bay has her doing more than looking sexy on a motorcycle and running from attacking robots.  At this point, we have to wonder how much of an improvement this sequel will be over Revenge Of The Fallen.
