Disney is working on a sequel to Tron Legacy even though the much anticipated movie isn’t in the theaters until December. 

Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, the writers who worked on Legacy, are writing the sequel to the sci-fi movie.  They are in the early stages, so no details are available. 

No deals have been made with the director or actors. However, director Joseph Kosinski and the actors were placed on original deals for the possibility of another Tron movie.
