‘The Back-up Plan’ Worked Friday’s Box Office

BUPbanner color correctedThe Back-up Plan stole Friday’s box office, which places Jennifer Lopez in a winning situation as the baby mama. The romantic-comedy earned an estimated $4.2 million.  How to Train Your Dragon took second place with an estimated $3.7 million. 

Third place is too close to tell who holds that spot with The Losers and Date Night both earning about $3.3 million. Kick-Ass takes up the rear for the top five movies with about $2.9 million.

A worthy note, Disney’s Oceans grabbed the seventh spot with an estimated $2.1 million.
