IFC Films says that The Human Centipede twisted biological horror film that is guaranteed to shock and divide audiences.

As far as I am concerned it is a very sick and disgusting movie, totally low-budget, trying to shock the audience. I saw the trailer, which I will not post because of its content. 

Two American girls find themselves trapped in a terrifying makeshift hospital by a retired surgeon who plans to be the first to connect people, one to the next, via their gastric system, and in doing so bring to life his sick lifetime fantasy: ‘the human centipede’.
