Biutiful is a highly anticipated film competing at Cannes Film Festival 2010 for the Palme d’Or. The Mexican drama is directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu and stars Javier Bardem. 

Biutiful is Inarritu’s first feature since Babel and his first film in his native language, which is Spanish, since Amores Perros. 

The story is about a man involved in illegal dealing who is confronted by his childhood friend, who is now a policeman.
