Rachel Weisz plays a policewoman who risks her job and her safety to uncover a scandal involving the U.N. in post-war Bosnia.

The Whistleblower is directed by Larysa Kondracki (Viko). The movie is based on true experiences of Kathryn Bolkovac.

Bolkovac was a Nebraska cop who served as a peacekeeper in post-war Bosnia and blew her whistle, which included the U.N., for covering up a sex scandal. The movie was in production last year in Romania. There is no word on distribution, but I am sure that will change soon.  I love this movie already.
