Let Me In is a remake, but the movie looks solid. The acting is good. The visual effects are stunning.  As an international trailer, it scares me.  Even though kids are in the movie, it’s not for kids to see.

The movie is by John Ajvide Lindqvist. It is a dark and twisted film about an innocent relationship between a boy and a girl that becomes complicated by murder, mystery, and horror.  The film takes modern vampire fiction to the next level.

The movie opens in theaters October 1, 2010.
