This week we had the tragic passing of anime director Satoshi Kon. He was only 46 with a promising career and a strong following.  I lost my mother to the same cancer. My heart goes out to his family.

But we will always be able to celebrate his work and talent.

I am not a huge fan of anime, so I  have never seen his work. I am grateful to In Contention for posting the opening credits to his 2006 movie Paprika. I am very impressed with his work, the continuity is impeccable. I hope to see one of his movies soon.

Apparently, someone is speculating Inception parallels with Paprika. What do you think?
