Due Date is directed by Todd Phillips who brought us The Hangover.

Robert Downey Jr. plays an expectant father who finds himself on a road trip with a mismatched partner. But he must make it to the birth of his first child and races to get there before its due date.

I am humbled to see Downey Jr. in a comedy again. He has great timing and his energy never stops.

Zach Galifianakis, who starred for Phillips in The Hangover, plays his road trip mate in a comedy. Phillips calls it  ”a buddy comedy without the buddies.”
