Russia Gets Second Buried Poster

September 6th, 2010 in Box Office, Foreign Language, Movies, Posters, Suspense -

Hey kids!  Speak Russian?  Read Cyrillic script? No? Me neither!  But that’s not going to stop the exciting new poster for Buried that’s emerged for our tovarischi over in Russia.

Huh…so I do speak a little Russian after all!

It looks a lot like some of the posters that are emerging over here, and as such, they still do a fine job of conveying that claustrophobia that the movie is famous for, and it hasn’t even emerged yet.  But it’s definitely one I’ve got plans to see–after all, Ryan Reynolds is good in most anything, and he’s got plenty of horror chops, which we saw when he actually managed to look good in the Amityville Horror remake, which should have been a long shot on par with Brett Favre hitting a fast ball from, well, most any Major League Baseball player.

Buried hits theaters October 8th, and it should be terrific. At least, I’m hoping for terrific because I’ll likely be neck deep in it when it hits.
