Jim Carrey, Ewan McGregor, Leslie Mann and Rodrigo Santoro star in I Love You Phillip Morris. The flamboyant comedy is written and directed by John Requa and Glenn Ficarra, who co-wrote Bad Santa. 

The movie is based on the book by Steve McVicker, which is an unlikely true story of an outlandish conman, who journeys from small-town businessman to wacky white-collar criminal. He over and over again finds himself in trouble with the law and on the run, skillfully escaping from the Texas prison system on four separate occasions – all in the name of love for Phillip Morris. 

The movie opens as a limited release on December 3, 2010 in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
