I have been following the promotion of Rubber and find the movie hilarious. I even find this red band trailer rather mild and hilarious. But, I don’t see any red in the trailer except for some blown off heads.

Written and directed by French filmmaker Quentin Dupieux, the movie first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last year. The story is about a telepathic tire in the Californian desert.  The tire has the power to blow people’s heads off, which puts the law in action. And, the tire is mysteriously attracted by a beautiful lady.

Rubber arrives in limited theaters April 1, 2011.
