Here are the first two character posters for X-Men: First Class.  I really enjoyed the first trailer of the movie, but these posters are a little stifling.  The reflection imagery is way cool. It’s unique way to introduce the newcomers to the X-men characters. But, they don’t offer much to the Comic geeks who see the X-men as a true fantasy story.

All bantering aside, James McAvoy has been a favorite of mine ever since the first Narnia film.  He is such a talented actor; it’s no wonder that he is taking on the role of Charles (Professor X).

I must admit, I love the 60s look of the movie, so I am sold on this movie. Another cool thing about this franchise is that Marvel Studio is offering more of a in depth and realistic point of view of the X-Men for non-comic book readers like me.
