John Landis’ Burke and Hare On-Demand Giveaway

I am excited to announce that, Burke and Hare, a comedy from famed director John Landis starring Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis, is now available on SundanceNOW.com before it becomes available in theaters.

The first feature length film in over 10 years from director John Landis (The Blues Brothers), and featuring an all star cast led by Simon Pegg (Shaun Of The Dead) and Andy Serkis (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), Burke and Hare is a comedic take on the true story of the 1828 Edinburgh body-snatchers William Burke (Pegg) and William Hare (Serkis).

These two Irish entrepreneurs discover that a dead body can fetch a hefty price when the demands of the leading medical professors Dr. Knox (Tom Wilkinson) and Dr. Monroe (Tim Curry) reach beyond that of the local supply.

I am excited about Tim Curry starring in the movie as well. He’s a great actor and a wonderful person.

You are probably wondering why I am telling you about Burke and Hare being available on SundanceNOW ahead of its theatrical debut on September 9th.

The reason I am telling you about the movie is because I am running a giveaway with SundanceNOW. The winner of the giveaway will receive a code to watch the John Landis movie online.

To enter the giveaway, post your name and I will pick the winner August 15, 2011.
